axe-core scans against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 at levels A and AA, on every screen and error state. The clean app must have zero violations; with every planted bug on, the accessibility bugs (UI-01 unnamed button, UI-02 low contrast) show up here. Missing form labels (UI-07) are caught by a separate label check, because axe accepts a placeholder as a field's name.
